Anxiety Films is currently accepting submissions for both its Shock-A-Go-Go and Mini-Shock film festivals
in Los Angeles, California. Shock-A-Go-Go is held annually in early November/December at various art
theatres in the wonderful city of Los Angeles. And, Mini-Shock is held periodically at revolving locations.

Remember:  All submissions should invoke a sense of anxiety in the viewer.

Submit Your Films To Shock-A-Go-Go!

Submissions to Shock-A-Go-Go Film Festival must be of feature length running time (at least 65 minutes in
length) to be considered. Submissions can fall into any of the following genres: Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Cult, Sexploitation, Arthouse, Eurotrash, Sleaze, Blaxploitation, Gross-Out, Mondo, Shock-umentary, Experimental, Black Comedy, and Gore. Submissions can be shot in any medium, but must be submitted on VHS video tape in NTSC format (or DVD) and/or on Mini-DV Tape.

Submit Your Films to Mini-Shock!

Submissions to Mini-Shock Film Festival must be short films (fewer than thirty minutes in running
time) to be considered. They can be narrative or experimental, music videos, commercials, home movies, instructional videos, documentaries, mondo films, or any manner of short recorded image. Submissions can fall into any of the following genres: Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Cult, Sexploitation, Arthouse, Eurotrash, Sleaze, Blaxpoitation, Gross-Out, Mondo, Shock-umentary, Experimental, Black Comedy, and Gore. Submissions can be shot in any medium, but must be submitted on VHS video tape in NTSC format and on Mini-DV tape.

WE WILL CONTACT ALL FEATURED FILM-MAKERS VIA TELEPHONE

If your film is chosen, you will be notified prior to screening. And if accepted, either of the following should be sent to us upon notification of acceptance: Print of your film, Beta SP; Mini-DV tape; DVD; or Master VHS tape.

Note: The Festival does not pay rental fees for programmed work.
